Green Lighting Shanghai 2012, one of the most important LED lighting trade fairs in China, will showcase a comprehensive array of advanced production and manufacturing equipment, materials and application products from all over the world. A concurrently held forum, which will feature a number of value-enhancing activities, will be a key show highlight by displaying a full spectrum of technical innovations from all over the world.

Among several bodies, this event, co-organized by the China Solid State Lighting Alliance (CSA) and Reed Exhibitions, is supported by the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection (part of the National Development & Reform Commission), the Urban Construction Department（under the remit of the Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD)，the Policies & Regulations Department (under the Ministry of Transport) and the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA) etc.

NEPCON China 2012, the largest electronics manufacturing and SMT event in Asia, will be collocated with Green Lighting Shanghai this year. Together, the two events will provide synergetic benefits for exhibitors and visitors. In 2012, NEPCON China and Green Lighting Shanghai will span a combined exhibition area of over 40,000sqm, feature manufacturing and processing solutions from more than 700 leading exhibitors, and welcome over 20,000 trade visitors through their doors. The Definitive Event for the Whole LED Industry Chain Six Major Highlights:

  • Value-enhancing forum activities: Under the theme of “Low Carbon Footprints and Innovations", the forum program will include two conferences and a number of key summit meetings. These activities will explore new ideas for developing low-carbon lighting and open-up international horizons for participants in the indoor lighting, smart lighting, professional design, OLED lighting, added value lighting, and safety application sectors.
    More than100 local and international industry experts will deliver keynote speeches across the various forums. As many as 1,200 industry professionals are expected to participate in the forum and other activities complementary to the two trade shows.
